When BPM marker is added, cue point is added to the first measure.
When adding a BPM marker, it can specify the additional start position.
Added to make marker comment display start time work.
When adding a marker, the function to automatically remove the marker is integrated into the remove button.
When adding to the composition, the behavior when adding the starting standard to the start time and the in point was changed to the work area standard.
Increased the number of denominator and numerator of the beat to 16.
Reduced the maximum number of markers to add.
Fixed a problem that markers are not added to the end with some time signature pattern.
